Happy New Years 2013 from Lazarus Rising #deadinsideRise
A late Happy New Years’. The very reason you are able to read this is because you are a survivor. Welcome to the ranks. 2013 greets us with open arms. Again thank you all for the support that we here at Lazarus Rising has received with the release of Black Box on December the 21st 2012. We are at 7,500+ views already and counting. Thanks for the titanic support and we look forward to growing from strength to strength as we move forward.
Greetings from the crypt. As we move closer to the release of Black Box (the short promo based on Lazarus Rising) we’d like to share with you the amazing voice talent that came out in support of making this short. One of the first responders is the talented Michelle Yim, who plays the part of Medic Gaye in Black Box.
Michelle Yim
Michelle graduated from ALRA in 2008. Recent voice credits include Beauty in China corporate documentaries (Bamm London); Nydenion (2012, English-dub); CheongSam (Stout Games); and Sleeping Dogs (Game). Recent film credits include 15 Minutes to Spare (2012).
You can check out her showreel here:
She has a very succinct, emotive voice with a subtle accent, with the ability to play a wide spectrum of personalities. Very professional and a pleasure to work with, and we wish her only the best in the years to come.
Interesting how the aggressiveness of ‘infection’ is not necessarily based on by the speed at which they travel, but by sheer numbers. So the zombie apocalypse‘s idea of fear is not necessarily becoming one in the instance of a bite or exposure, but knowing something so aggressive and incurable will eventually get them. That the treat is forever present and forever growing.
Impending doom and destruction, our fear of our own mortality personified by a horde. That no matter how much cardio you do, or how well you aim a P99, in the end death gets ya.
