Man’s ingenuity is only matched by his gruelling sadistic nature. In Lazarus Rising, they use of a volatile nerve agent called Theta 6 plays a ugly role in the creation of sanguineous, subhuman creatures. Even moreso than a sadistic Soldier. The can’s design a relative designs of CS gas used for ‘crowd control‘ all over the world. Funny how this batch will help lead to the world plunging in to utter chaos.
Being an important device in the narrative contract, I felt it necessary to design and make concept art surrounding the look of the can. As for the name. The Theta symbol is Greek and is commonly synomynous with death (vaguely representing the human skull and used as a warning symbol). The symbol was also used by Athenians when they voted for the death sentence on the imprisoned. ’6′ is just a bad ass number. From a phonetic stand point, the whole word is fricative, the sounds that mirrors and mimics a hissing sound. Then of course you could make certain analysis, like multiples of 3 being ominous in Elizabethan times, or the biblical reference to the Anti-christ. But over all, on top of that, it’s just a cool-sounding name.
Eyes will water, Throats and nostrils will flair and burn. It will do everything it says on the can. Almost everything
Harshly squashing dissent will only give rise to something uglier.
